South of The Border Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 lb boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup chunky style salsa
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.
- Combine salsa, 1/4cup water, lemon juice and cumin in a bowl. Pour over pork chops. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro
