Grilled Halibut With Lime & Cilantro
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb halibut
- Pinch of fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh salsa
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in glass baking dish. Completely coat halibut with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes, turning once.
- Preheat grill. Place fish on foil and grill over medium heat for 10-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Sprinkle with pepper and serve with more salsa.
