Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb halibut
  • Pinch of fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh salsa
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in glass baking dish. Completely coat halibut with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes, turning once.
  2. Preheat grill. Place fish on foil and grill over medium heat for 10-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  3. Sprinkle with pepper and serve with more salsa.
