A super simple recipe for delicious and fluffy banana berry protein pancakes that are gluten-free and perfect for a high-protein breakfast!

Weight Loss Chandler AZ Banana Berry Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4 large egg whites
  • ⅓ cup pea protein powder
  • ½ medium banana sliced
  • ½ cup raspberries

Directions

  1. Preheat your griddle over a low flame.
  2. Beat the egg whites with protein powder until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Mix half of the fruit into the batter (and reserve half for topping).
  4. Wait until the griddle is hot enough (when drops of water sizzle up).
  5. Pour some batter on the griddle (smaller pancakes flip more easily).
  6. These pancakes don't bubble as much as other recipes, but they
  7. fluff up. Flip after a couple of minutes.
  8. Cook for another couple of minutes on the other side.
  9. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you've finished your batter.
  10. Stack pancakes, and top with remaining fruit.
  11. Enjoy!
