Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
- Place olive oil, almonds, garlic, basil leaves and Parmesan cheese in a food processor and pulse to combine. Pulse until pureed but grainy.
- Place chicken breasts on greased pan and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Top each with an equal amount of pesto, spreading to cover evenly.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout. Serve with fresh basil garnish.
