Baked Fusilli With Spinach
Ingredients
- 2 packets Proti pasta
- 15 oz fat-free ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 15 oz can tomato sauce with Italian seasoning
- 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
- 1 egg white
- 2 Tbls grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lightly grease and 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Bring water to boil in large pot, cook pasta & drain.
- Return pasta to pot.
- Combine ricotta, mozzarella, and 3/4 cup sauce, spinach and egg in medium bowl.
- Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Pour pasta mixture into prepared dish.
- Top with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until hot & bubbling.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
